The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear 39 cases during its 2021 – 2022 term. SCOTUS began hearing cases on October 4th and Senior Associate, Ryne Sandel pulled together an informative and quick reference guide that provides a brief summary for a selection of the cases. The court’s annual term always begins on the first Monday in October and ends on the first Monday in October the following year.
