What happens if I don’t comply with law enforcement’s request to search my property?

If law enforcement asks you to search their home or office and you deny their request or say no to them, nothing is going to happen to you. You have every legal right to say no and don’t let a law enforcement agent or officer convince you that something bad will happen to you if you say no. If you say no that’s your legal right to do so and nothing will happen to you if you say no. Let them get a warrant if they need to and if you have any questions always consult an experienced criminal offense attorney.
